<p>No word yet on baby arrival, so another morning in the Peak District not to be wasted and a 6Km run this morning, along the canal to the wonderfully named Bugsworth Basin - and back. Nice and steady with my hostess, but another very enjoyable run along old routes.</p>

<p>Hope all are well and the summer temps in North America don't put you off too much.</p>
