The Bears were lucky to get a Seahawks team that can play good in Seattle. Once on the road/cold the Seahawks looked like what they are/were......a sub 500 team.

The Green Bay Packers are a different beast and will be representing the NFC in the Superbowl......GUARANTEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Over in the AFC the Jets do have a sluggers chance. While I'm leaning towards Pittsburgh I'm not overly confident.

I thought you laid off the guarantees when the Pats beat the Rams in the Super Bowl?

I do agree with you. But I won't guarantee anything.

That's why they play the games.

I like to put myself in the game, a ...GUARANTEE...does that. I do have to be pretty confident to go there however. The Pack just look too impressive .."right now!!"...which is key. I usually shy away from...back to back on the road.....situations, it is a bad "spot" for all teams. I'm going to ignore that this time (now watch it bite me in the ass). I love that pressure, knowing everyone loves to..."hey Brute...you sucked!!!" Obviously if the Pack win we'll not be seeing..."good call Brute!"....love that human nature...hahaha!!!!!

Brutal - for what it's worth - which may be very little - but in the 6 or so years I've read your posts - I am confident in three things.

1. You DO know Sports - and I'd consider you one of the few authorities I know

2. You DO know Blues - your lists can't be created or copied from 'google' so they must come from your head

3. You always swing for the fences - though you're right on most topics and are so with plenty of Bravado; you never back down and even when you're wrong - well, you hit the wall running full force and THAT is to be commended!

Based on the games I watched this weekend - I say it's GB vs Pittsburgh with Pittsburgh taking it for the win

(but hell, what do I know - I just make it up on the fly most of the times!)

EDITED TO ADD:

Based on my inability to pick winners - the above statement should GUARANTEE the Jets and the Bears a win next weekend!

Yep, those are my passions and I've done the homework.

I think you see it as I do. The Pack vs the Steelers does appear to be the way it's heading. It would shock the hell out of me if the Bears won. I t wouldn't shock me if the Jets won however, yes...surprised but now..."WHAT???"

I can't get a grip on who would win the Superbowl however. Which is pretty cool. Usually we have that stud team who should win. Not so in 2010. So we have a ittle mystery involved which is neat. Did I really say...neat?
