<p>Oh, the pain!!!!! </p>

<p>Here's a really bad idea. Take three months off from teaching the majority of your classes, particularly your super intense hyper advanced boot camp class. Then teach it DURING RACE WEEK and go all out. Oof. I'm walking funny today. </p>

<p>And my knee pain is back. I haven't talked about it much because (a) I'm hoping it'll go away if I ignore it, haha, and (b) I try not to be a whiner. But oof and double oof. We were running stairs last night in class, and I had to cut it short because my knee was SCREAMING at me. <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad2.gif" style="width:16px;height:16px;" title=""></p>

<p>I still ran 3.35 of intervals after class though. Felt fine doing that! Has felt pretty much craptastic ever since. </p>
