I'm still thinking of KJ and Missy and their little ones. I know Missy said it didn't make her feel any better to hear "it'll get better" but that's what I'm sending for both of you. It just HAS to get better...right? I tell myself the same thing all the time and so far I'm still sane (well...for the most part...hee hee!). You're both such strong, wonderful women. (((hugs)))
 
It's sunny and crisp here today. Very nice. 
 
Fun: I'm collecting items for mom's Christmas party tomorrow night (the food bank/kitchen). People have been very generous and it makes me feel good.

That last one is sort of blown out. There is a detail pic on the blog that shows the glaze much better. I'm really pleased with how the new glazes turned out. Might have to try some more & expand the color range.

HA!!! I'm thinking about making a fan page on FB for pottery, so it'll be easier for you.
 
Does anyone know if I have to make a personal page to do that? Or, since I have a separate email for pottery, could I use that for my personal page? Does it matter that it's not exactly a person?

you can do a company page on facebook for the pottery. Totally easy peasy!! I think pretty much every company now has a facebook page for their stuff. Moe's sister just set up her page for her company and the majority of us here are fans!

Hey folks!! 

So had my doc appt today, he isn't one bit worried about the baby so I am not either!! Now it's just a waiting game till he comes. 
 
Kath you are such a tease, posting my favorite first. And if you have an email for your pottery stuff, just use that to register your FB page! I don't think you need any other page.

Kath, you can just do a fan page. You don't have to have a personal page first (if I remember correctly)...or you could tie it to Brian's.

I called in sick today, playing hooky. I woke up with a sore jaw from clenching it so much lately and my stomach was topsy turvy. I really needed a day off. Although now I'm minding my nei-phews for a few hours this afternoon which means it won't be a relaxing day of decorating like I'd hoped. But my sis needs to go to the Parent-teacher conference and it's easier for me to take them than her neighbor tonight.

JUST AN FYI PEOPLE
 
a cow-orker just dumped her coffee all over my desk and your Christmas card envelopes. So some of you are getting over sized envelopes for you cards at leased the DB didn't get the cards or I probably would have gone postal. 
 
can I go back to bed and start over??? Today blows.
 
OH and said cow-orker decided she can't work next weekend because she MIGHT be getting married that weekend. Thankfully our boss already had on his calendar that I had off that whole weekend because it's my family Christmas. I wonder what she's going to do now???

Fun: I HAVE AN INTERVIEW!!!
 
It's' about freaking time. An account coordinator position at a local printer. The person between the sales person and the press operators, I think. It would use my knowledge of design and the printing process and I wouldn't be an art whore. Lets hope this one goes well.

Just a fly by to say hi. I spent Tuesday and Wednesday as Juror number 1 in the county circuit court. Interesting process and I believe the outcome was correct. Now I need to circle back and see what's up with all of you

My fun today is interviewing a graduate assistant candidate. The cool thing is that she is one of DH's kids and a great person!

Yikes. Just read three days of lots of hugs required posts. ((30s)) I wanna fix it all for you guys!
 
The case was cocaine related, and he was found guilty on all 4 counts.
 
Class was good. Tonight is the last night. I just saw online that I got 100/100 on my final paper. I think that means I missed an A+ by 3 points. Doh.

Fun: The Red Sox are pretending to be the Yankees this week. Adrian Gonzalez and Carl Crawford just a couple days apart! Plus with Pedroia, Youkilis and Ellsbury healthy for 2011 (supposedly), the Sox should have a pretty good offense!
 
It does bother somewhat that the Sox have to buy players in order to win, since that's the thing that bothers me so much about the Yankees. The Yankees are still the Evil Empire, but the Sox are clearly the Evil Empire Junior...
 
As for the Gator football team, the rumors continue to fly. Supposedly Chris Peterson (head coach of Boise St) is in Gainesville right now interviewing. We'll see what happens...

My Saturday - I have "stuff" from 8:30-9:30, 11:00-12:00, 2:00-3:00, 6:00-8:00, and 8:00-9:30. Sunday is better with commitments at 8:00-9:00 and 2:00-3:30. Stuff is hockey, theater stuff, holiday stuff, etc.

Bob - speaking of football, DH just ordered tickets for us to go to the Chick-fil-A bowl! Yay! Atlanta for New Years sounds WAY better than cold Wisconsin. We are bringing DS#2 with us and he is supah excited. DS#1 is upset - he wants to stay home for the annual cousin's party at Grandma's AND go to the game. He decided on Grandma's. Apparently, my parents seriously know how to party with all the kiddos on New Year's Eve!

Your Saturday looks like my tomorrow. Somehow I have 3 parties to go to tomorrow. Holiday lunch with former coworkers (which will run a couple few hours long), holiday dinner party with the potters, and a 50th birthday party after that.
 
It makes me tense just thinking about it. I like all those people, it's just a LOT of people time in a day for me. OTOH, I get it all out of the way at one time. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">
