65 y/o runner. On long runs, over 16, the bottoms of my feet feel bruised after the run, and I can't walk w/o limping. It's a little better if I where shoes after the run. This isn't plantar fasciitis, I've had it, I know. It feels like the bottom of my feet are bruised. It goes away after a day or two, but it's annoying to be semi crippled after each long run. I'm pretty sure that the source of the problem is thinning foot pads. Has anyone dealt with this?
