The weekend is finally here!

<p>Perfect race conditions today w 55 degrees and slightest wind.   Ran shirtless because after warmup as I was changing into my singlet I realized one of my dogs decided it was too cold to go out last night. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Course is a fun course w lots of twists and surfaces. Ran 18:57 for 2nd o. a. And 1st master. I ran 18:30 in 2009 when I set all my masters records. This 1st time under 19 since then. I'm pleased w this considering my summer and little speed work.  </p>

<p>I watched our state xc meet today.  First time at a new venue and it wasn't real fan friendly but</p>
<p>always exciting watching the races even from a distance. </p>

<p>Nice 10 milers Heme and HF</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I bailed on the trail run yesterday but may go monday or tuesday depending on how my legs feel.  This evening</p>
<p>I did a nice hour on the eliptical.  I am even getting in better shape on the eliptical than I was a couple months ago.</p>

<p>Congrats on the painfree run.</p>

<p>Heading over  to do an eliptical workout.  Was going to take the day off</p>
<p>but decided to work up a sweat on an easier level 10 than the normal 12.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Johnny,  I just went out to do a small job flashing a gutter and on the way the temp</p>
<p>at the bank said 61°.  The wind was blowing just  a little and I nearly froze!!!  I didn't know 61°</p>
<p>could be that cold.  I've really gotten soft in the last few years.</p>

<p>Nice steady 90 minutes on the eliptical this evening.  Didn't let the max heartrate get over 84%.</p>
