I could only get in 4 days last week and outside of training for an event, I think thats the longest 4 day week I've ever had.<br><br>
I felt it Saturday when the sun finally came blaring through after enjoying a weeks worth of clouds and rain. Got a little dizzy and decided to pack it in a couple of miles early. It was a good 4 day week for me.
I did a couple of runs this week that would have been less or not at all except I wanted the points. Everytime my Garmin beeps at me now I think 4 more points.<br><br>
If I stop and my Garmin says 6.13, then I continue until it's an even .25 for the extra point.
