Who's running and who's spectating? I'm running and I want to meet up with all of you for a big party. I'm thinking about getting a hotel room near Boston and staying over on Monday night too. Usually I get a hotel room near the start (logistically easier and cheaper) but if we're going to have a big get together in Boston then I'll stay closer to the city.

I am running!

My travel plans are still a bit up in the air as to arrival, departure dates. I have a hotel booked pretty close to the finish and the T but am not married to the idea of keeping it if a more affordable option opens up ... I need to look into all this actually.

I know I want to watch the Women's trials and spend quality time with my parents who are coming out to see me, but I hope to be able to make a meet up too. It's going to be a busy and fun weekend.

I'm in, too.

My local running group normally does a short run on Sunday meeting at the finish line (not the Freedom Run.) We meet for a group photo under the finish line and for a short run around the Boston Common and such. I imagine though, that the Women's OT will dictate the availability of Boylston St on Sunday.

Does anyone know what time the OT race starts? It's not listed on the website yet. I imagine that that will dicate our Sunday schedules.

I guess that KR will be well represented in Boston this year.

I'm registered but not sure if I'm going to make the trip this year, still thinking about it. Logistically it is one of the more difficult races for me. I'm pacing a group two weeks later so if I go I'll treat it like a training run.

I'll be back this coming April.

Last April I took it easy, high-fived at least a thousand people along the course and kissed TEN Wellesley girls, finishing a little under 4:00.

Planning to run it hard this next time - just finishing the 6th week of Pfitz 24/70 plan and feeling good.

No - didn't even see that - maybe I won't run for time this year - middle aged guys like me don't get to many college co-ed kissing opportunities you know!

Oh yeah, two of my ten were really old ladies down at the very end of the line - too old to even be faculty I would think - and they were definitely surprised to get kisses!

Come on, fox-runr! You "know" all of us, no need to wait for anyone ...

Yes! Good luck, Liam! The idea of meet-ups and such was a motivation for me in my qualifying race; hopefully it will be for you, too.

That's right! Even more reason to spectate. This is exciting.
