Isn't that the bakers recipe?

I make it with bakers (I have no idea where to get better chocolate), and it is good! I add things like peanut butter chips to it, and then I can't stop eating it!

won't it be too sweet?

Probably not with dark chocolate, huh? It's pretty bitter, that's why I don't care for it.

I'd go for bars that say something like 85% cocoa or thereabouts.

No Hershey's Special Dark. That doesn't count.

And I will always gladly eat your dark chocolate for you. I'm nice like that.

I have a homemade brownie recipe very similar to this that is excellent also - I think mine is called Double Chocolate Brownies. For variations, I have added things like dried cherries or I've added mini marshmallows and walnuts for sort of a rocky road style brownie.

Drool! Thank you for posting. I'll definitely give it a go.

If you like the "outside cut," bake in one of these:
