If anyone would like to attend these events and enjoys running, I would highly encourage it, as all of the proceeds go to Hospice. The half marathon is a good event for more experienced runners and the dash is better for people who want an easier run or even a walk!
This is a truly fun & unique race. Runners will enjoy live bands at every mile and breathtaking views as they run alongside the Niagara River and through the historic villages of Lewiston and Youngstown. The race route includes views of the famous French Castle and Lighthouse on Historic Old Fort Niagara's compound. After emerging from Fort Niagara State Park, runners will enjoy scenic views of Lake Ontario and continue through Four Mile Creek State Park and finish at a huge post race party with more live music, food, drinks, & awards!
