So I couldn't find anything I wanted to eat, and the sandwiches at the deli downstairs were expensive and not all that appetizing...<br><br>
So I got a bun, went to the salad bar and picked out some interesting veggies and paid for both - about 2.50.... maybe 4 bucks less than they charge for sammies, and stuff I wanted to eat.<br><br>
The cashier looked at me and asked what I was going to do. I truthfully told her that I was going to make me a sandwich.<br><br>
"Not allowed".<br><br>
"What? What's wrong with getting salad and a bun and putting them together..."<br><br>
We went back and forth for a moment, and I told her that I'd buy the bun and come back a few minutes later for the salad if it would make her happy... she let me go.<br><br>
I guess they want to sell their 6.50 sammies and resented my "cheap" approach.<br><br>
I'm starting a revolution here.
