Oy! 
The cold virus that was trying to invade my space on Saturday decided to hit like a ton of bricks last night. 
The result is that I'm now all of the seven dwarves: 
Sleepy 
Sneezy 
Grumpy 
Bitchy 
Achy 
Snotty

Weather dude just mentioned that it should hit 50 here today. Bizarre!

I just noticed that the picture has changed. It must be picking it up from facebook. We took that at the Gator Basketball arena a couple of weeks ago. Please note everyone is in Blue and Orange except Me! :-D

good morning. sorry you are sick, Porty, I understand and feel for you! I am feeling no better and maybe worse. they are supposed to call with the other strep test today and i may ask for antibiotics because my ears hurt now. This is day 5 of barely being able to swallow or talk. I cannot sleep either. I have not taken antibiotics in about 13 years, so i am not one to rush for those things, i just feel like a virus would be getting better by now, no? If not, i may try to get into my dr tomorrow. Zoe is up stairs throwing a fit because i helped her onto the toilet and she wanted to do it herself. seriously? sheesh. the mind of a 2 year old is a great mystery.

Busy day today. Easy is going to his first guitar lesson today. He may be to young for it, so we're going to try it out and see how it goes. He's very eager.

Well friggin A, the window company was supposed to repair 2 windows that broke while in transit and the parts got shipped to Orlando, and not straight to me. Soooo now they have to do the install on Friday. The whole reason I worked from home today was so I could be here for this.

G'day all. The last day of January and life is not too bad these days. I'm down 25 lbs since the new year and feeling good. The family has yet to name the new kitten we got from a friend after we had to put down our other cat. It yowls and is very needy, I proposed we call her Bonita, my daughter likes the name.

I did some internet research and i think i may have tonsilitis? But it said most are viruses and take 7-14 days to resolve, ugh. i would hope by day 5 i would feel better! i am thinking this vs a throat issue since i am having a hard time with talking.

Meri- I had some kind of sore throat last year that felt alot like strep. I don't remember much helping but painkillers and lots of either drinking water or sucking on thngs. meri--hope you start feeling better. Some of these viruses are sticking around forever. Oh, and there's a very good reason that after son4 we got a dog rather than have another baby!

Good morning. Not too much going on today, other than afternoon appointments. My house here has been under construction for the past 6 years...so I can sympathize with you, Eric. I'm tired of the smell of cement and having workers banging around all day long. I hope by late this year it will all be over.
I hope all those who are feeling poorly will soon be over their colds and back to normal. Have a good one.

Meri - best quote which say's "Two Year old" was my DD's " DO BY SELF!" command. SO she often did.. at 15 that streak is still in there! ( I ask for patience a lot!)
 FB - I HATE when companies reschedule - they should make it up to you with a discount or something!
 
 Tuesday was a better day for me - thank goodness. DD was throwing up at 10 :30 last night but woke up raring to go - but she stayed home anyway .. I was secretly hoping she might be sick enough to need me to stay home with her..but off I went to school! I am tired!
 
 BUT I am out to a Chinese cultural festival tonight-- should be fun, I am bringing my camera the colors should be spectacular!
