<p>Yesterday - April 12th. The last vestige of winter left us! The lake is open with nary a sign of ice anywhere!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I have a few repairs to do on the steps down to the lake from the ice being high this year, but with any luck, the dock will be in by the end of the month - and with a week of warmer weather, the fish should start biting!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Yes - Spring in Minnesota is so much more appreciated after our Winters!</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Who wants to come over for a Kickrunners Party on the Lake????</p>

<p>Can I make it there NorthWest Passage style?  I start out on the Missouri....head down river, until I meet up with the Mississippi, head back upstream to Minnesota.</p>

<p>Actually, I'm on Independence Lake off of 19 as you head towards Loretto from Maple Plain. I think I'm in Medina but mailing address in Maple Plain.</p>

<p>Know where that's at. I actually work in Mendota Heights but have customers all over the three states (Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota).</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I take 394 a lot to the city and when I go to St Paul for my German Class at the Germanic American Institute every week.</p>
