<p>Rabbit had a bad morning today and insisted I leave her be.</p>
<p>Sometimes you just have to do what the running partner says, ya know?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>So, I got a run in under a blanket of grey clouds, a nice bit of humidity, but reasonably cool temperatures.</p>
<p>I still got nasty sweaty, and the brim of my hat was dripping. I was unaware that the human body could produce that much moisture in such a short period of time.</p>

<p>Perhaps, now tha I think about it....</p>
<p>my long run troubles are hydration related.</p>

<p>I may need to start remembering to "drink early, drink often" for those runs and see if that helps.</p>
