<p>The small dish in my hand was what I had just out of the machine, which was soft-serve consistency. The rest is packed in a tub in the freezer to get harder. It is a fantastic vanilla! Normally I'm the kind of person who likes to put stuff on top of my vanilla ice cream, but this really doesn't need extras. I'm looking forward to making more ice cream in the future. It won't be a constant thing, most likely. I gave that up when I lost the weight, but I figure if I'm going to eat ice cream at all, it will be the good stuff.</p>
