As we know they are unique in that they are community owned and have been around since the very beginnings of the NFL. They won the first two Superbowls and there is great chance they will win the last two. I can't see anyone in the AFC who can touch them.

Only the Niners with Steve Young following Joe Montana can compare to the Aaron Rodgers following Brett Favre scenario. A Hall of Famer to be following a Hall of Famer. While I can't say that Young was better than Montana I can say that Rodgers will be better than Favre. He doesn't make that bonehead play we saw from Favre. He plays smarter, keep in mind he went to Cal while Favre was outta Southern Mississippi.

What NFC team can go into cold/burr Green Bay in December and beat them there? NO? Niners? Chicago? I don't see it happenings. I do see NO standing the best chance because of Drew Brees and that NO big game experience. The Niners are new to the playoffs (this bunch). Speaking of my team...the Niners. They need a speed receiver (no Ginn isn't the answer) and a ..hmmm?...that's about it. Alex Smith is doing ok, which is surprising.

Getting back to the Packers, they are proving that...defense wins Championships...to be a myth. They are just average on the D, what they have is an amazing QB/stable of receivers.

I have never seen any team with more speed at the tailback position than what we are now seeing at Oregon. DeAnthony Thomas lead the nation as a high school 200m man, LaMichael James has ran a 10.4 something and Kenyon Barner is a sub4.40 guy. Only FAMU way back in the day with Bullet Bob Hayes and Bob Paremore a 9.4 guy as running backs compares.

If Penn State had wanted to really make a statement......forfeit a football game. Yes it can be done.
