Dude! The scene where Michael shoots Sollozzo and McCluskey in the restaurant is possibly the best scene in the history of movies. Woot!

I must say, the book is better, though.

you should see it, Moe. besides being a great flick.... it is really pretty. pretty scenery, cars, clothes. look. I sat still for that long to watch it. THAT is saying something. Although, it was after a run...and I am very much like the dog. You have to exercise me to get me to be good in the house.
but also, if you watch it, i'll make you an offer you can't refuse or something.

I haven't seen it either Moe, don't feel bad. It's on tv all the time, but I wanna see the "real" version of it.

And the book is incredible.

Completely better than Goodfellas, which I find overrated. Just saw this again recently, and it was the first time my wife saw it (and she is all Italian, including part Sicilian). It still stands up. Amazing watching Pacino and DeNiro as babies. And this was before both of them became caricatures.

Dude.

I used to play the theme from the movie on our wee organ when I was 7. I really like the music.
