<p>First Tri of the season is next Sunday.  I'm ready on the swim.  Ready for the run (racing chair). The biking leg?   I've got a few rides in.  Could use some more miles.  Lucky it's only a Sprint and just a 7 mile bike. <br>

<p>Just added 10 miles during lunch.  I really need to master my gears.  I'm sure I was making that ride harder then it should have been.</p>

<p>Good Idea.  Hopefully I'm getting a new truck soon.  We'll be starting all over.</p>
