<p>Good Morning,</p>
<p> Another chilly day on tap for here in Florida.  Still no running for me. I will probably try and start up again next Monday.  Back to work today, all the way back to the office also.  Tonight we have to get all the blinds and curtains taken down since they are coming to install the new windows tomorrow!</p>

<p>the downside to that is our house still looks like a tornado hit it especially the bedrooms.</p>

<p>It's chilly in Havana, too...with the temps around 45 at daybreak.</p>
<p>I have to visit a sick parishioner in the hospital this morning and then see how the rest of the day unfolds.</p>
<p>No running for me, yet either.  But soon....very soon!</p>

<p>Back to work/school for me.  Our two kids go back to college this Friday.  It will be bittersweet to see them go.  Nice to have around, but it is time for them to leave!</p>

<p>G'day.  16th anniversary of our moving to Calgary.  Then it was in a 6 week long deep freeze, temp never getting above -30 celsius.  Now?  It'll be a balmy 14 celsius (mid 50's) with winds of  60 mph.</p>

HI!!! Been busy... I have a new employee this week so I haven't really been online much at all.<br><br>
Good week at the gym so far . PRd my power clean. prd my FRAN and had a couple other fast WODS... and did 24 unbroken pullups.... so i'm Happy.<br><br>
