So as you all probably know, my plans for IMLP 2010 didn't exactly go wonderfully. My hips and legs are recovering slowly but surely thanks to cortisone injections, PT, and me showing some self-control for a change.

Since by the time I am hopefully allowed to bike and run again ("early fall, IF you are good and things go as I expect") I will have gone pretty much an entire year without any sort of regular training, I'm not going to even attempt to throw myself back into the fray too quickly. I'd like to invite all of you to join in for some or all of my 3 year plan, which hopefully will finish with IM CdA in 2013.

Assuming I can have a 2011 season, I plan on filling it with base building, sprints, and an oly or two. Then I plan on working pretty darn hard over the winter for an early (June?) season HIM... and provided that training goes well, IM CdA 2013.

So why am I going on about this? It occured to me that there might be some number of others out there who may be planning on an IM in a couple years, either their first or their 30th or somewhere in between, and that this might be a very good chance for a major Team LIT meetup (whether racing or not).

Who's in? Who's considering, but will not formally commit? Who has no intention of ever doing that crazy ironman thing, but thinks that a vacation to lovely Couer d'Alene, Idaho might be just the thing in June 2013?
