I have to thank you for you advice on my breathing. I have done several swims using your advice on breathing to help me improve.<br><br>
2 x 50 breathing every 3 strokes – 30 sec rest<br>
2 x 50 breathing every 6 strokes – 45 sec rest<br>
2 x 50 breathing every 4 strokes – 35 sec rest<br>
2 x 50 breathing every 5 strokes – 45 sec rest<br>
2 x 50 breathing every 3 strokes – 30 sec rest<br>
2 x 50 breathing every 7 strokes – 45 sec rest<br><br>
I have had problems breathing ever 3 strokes for more than 100 meters. Today I did 3 x 500's. My first set I miss counted and did 550 and completed all of it breathing ever 3 strokes.<img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"> On the second set, I made it 300 meters and on the third set 200 meters.<br><br>
Thank you and I will continue working on this till I can do all sets at 3 strokes or better.
