11.2 miles on the dreadmill in 1:37:18.<br><br>
I don't mind running in the cold and snow if I can actually run. It's been over a week of just pokey speeds due to the lack of traction and the weight of the clothes.<br><br>
I'll have a 5 mile recovery run tomorrow outside.<br><br>
