Hey gang!
forgot to post yesterday - got out on the roads for just under 3 mile run...it felt pretty decent. Still not up to snuff running wise, but getting better. The affects of this cold are really lingering for some reason...

SB - sorry about COVID. Were you able to get Paxlovid? That really helped us.

Today - back on the trainer for 30 minutes, then elbow PT and 20 minute weight/mobility routine. I so need to get back to doing weights routinely and maybe use the gym/pool that I am paying for. lol

:)

Hey Zoj! Paxlovid contains polyethylene glycol ironically the one covid vax I had triggered extreme allergies to PEG and polysorbate 80 now causing me endless issues. So those of us that had allergies triggered by the vax (there are at least thousands) can't have the medication nor any more vaccines or prepared foods, or most sunscreens/lotions/soaps and several rx medications its kind of a nightmare..I was surprised to discover there are thousands suffering wiht this now maybe it will change how products are made? I was already allergic to the unrelated xanthan gum (derived form mold..another allergen) so I already had food allergy issues as its injected into so many foods..now its as if the world were out to get me.

I am continuing to improve, did a 4 mile xc ski Thursday and a 4 mile walk friday but then slept for 9 hours each day.

I had been reorganizing my loft/office/workout area before I got sick and was able to return to this task. I've ordered shelves for the weights and built up some ikea furniture for the office area making it functioning instead of storage. SO although not a workout it will make workouts easier soon!
