Missed getting us going yesterday - oops! Sorry gang!

out on the road yesterday - usual quick 10 mile loop - trying another new set of bibs...seem to be working ok.

Out for a run with the pup early this am. Earned my August 5K badge on Strava. :)

Yo - might be time for more imaging on your shoulder. You don't want to get to the point where you will lose function - esp. since I know you plan on being active for many years to come. As for AA flights - what airport are you flying out of?

Only a walk so far today (waiting for the torrential rains to hit). Yesterday I ended up commuting to work (11+), commuting to company summer outing (3 miles) - does bocce count as a workout? - and then commuting the 16 or so home for about 30 on the day, All exercise balanced out by eating too much at aforementioned company summer outing. :)
