Morning walk with the pup and then about 1/2 hour snowshoe with her on the lake at lunch. had to be back for 1 pm meeting. boo.

That's about it.

Yikes SB - hope you get some relief and find some poles!

Did something totally out of character for workouts today. Watched an episode of "Chuck" while Nordic Tracking. You can workout AND watch TV simultaneously. Who knew? Truth be told, not something I imagine doing often ('cos it definitely was "medium" effort at best), but it did make the 40 minute a bit less painful :)
