Gee, thanks. He's pretty full of himself. Been on the TV news, 5x7 color photo on the cover of local news paper, just cannot take him anywhere.

A day of the 30s sightings at the Y

As I walked in Nettie and Scratch were running separately on treadmills. After I got done with my east run ( woo hoo 3 days in a row ) and hit the weights Myron walked in. I happened to take a quick glance around and saw Ailarie pumping iron. Most impostor 30s sightings I have ever seen.

I had to laugh and shake my head on the way over to the Y. Its currently 106 degrees out ( Weather.com says it feels like 102 ) Some guy is running down the opposite side of the street as me. Ok he's a bit nuts. Then I notice the strap on and cotton shirt, wtf? Cotton? In the day time on an Arizona August afternoon? Wow you are either insane or have a really big set.

Yes fellow 30s men, we blew it today. And Coach T, you added fuel to the fire by encouraging the wimmins by changing your avatar to some actor Ive never heard of, wtf? Guys we need to do betten this. If the ladies can post beefcake shots then we should be able to post bikini clad hotties to drool over. THats tomrrows mission, not that many of you right coasters are even going to see my post.

Maples buddy. Ya gotta lighten up. Things get said in a teasing matter around here, none of it ever to be taken seriously. Granted we cant see facial expressions and mannerisms of those who are posting but I cant ever recall somebody deliberately taking a shot at someone else around here. Thats not what ANY of us are about. I wont say what it would take to really offend me or piss me off on here but I will say about the only thing that has really irritated me is sombody taking something I said jokingly, took offense to it and has cast judgement on me. These few people have never met me, dont know me but have passed judgement on me and that sucks. But there isnt I can do to change their minds. I have offered my apology but Im still an a-hole in thier eyes. Oh well

Off to find some jpeg images of some hotties for tomorrow. We have plenty of hotties here but I dont think any of you want to share swimsuit pics of yourselves do ya? I didnt think so

to help prepare for that crazy Ragnar Relay in two weeks, I ran my 5 miles at 11:30a today and then decided I need to suck it up and go out after work (at 4:30) and run 4.1 miles more. the 5 at lunch I ran in an 8:22 pace, the 4.1 after at 8:23 pace. I am dying right now. that is a good test though, in the relay my final 2 legs are exactly 5 and 4.1 and they will be seperated by about 4 hours. the problem is about 12 hours prior to running the 5, my first leg is 8 miles with hills. this stupid relay may kill me...
