Two days in a row!

Good morning, all!

I'm up to run yesterday's run at 6:00 instead of 7:00 in the hopes that it won't be so bad out there. It rained on and off yesterday, but my house is uncomfortably warm. It's only 74*, so hopefully I can get my big, bad 30 minutes in.

How anyone can mix up Ole' Miss and the Stillers is beyond me

Back when I complete this sucker!

Morning all -

boB - hope the Internet Nazis give you a repreive. As far as time for baby prep classes, I think the most important parenting skill to learn is how to juggle priorities and time. Your life is changing, and it's gonna be great, but there will be adjustments. How is Maggie feeling with this heat?

Good lord you are a better father than I. I would rather stick a rusty butterknife in my ear than go to a Wiggles concert. Although they have sold more records than any other Australian group (they passed the BeeGees a few years ago. Yes I need to get a life.)

prae Some good advice already. Maybe you can go to the race course and walk it before hand. Do not run it. This will alleviate some of your nerves because you will have one less unknown on race day, plus you will know that you can cover the distance walking, so running is the same thing, just faster. And here is your kick in the ass you asked for:

Good luck with the no puking thing.

10K running this morning. Much better weather conditions. Legs are tired - I have run every day this week - 3, 8.5, 5.5, 6.2 miles. Taking tomorrow off, but with my LR on Saturday, should end up with a 35 mile week.
Yikes - don't forget the umbrella.

Best kids CD we ever had - Taj Mahal:

KJ - very bad typo from DH.

Hi phdatc How you been??

Yeah - right after you get back from the Wiggles concert.
Anyone else tired? I do not know if it is the sucktastic weather we have had for most of the week, or the fact that I am ramping my milage up again (which means waking up earlier, so I get less sleep), or a combo of things.

Winter - thanks for changing your avatar.
I can only drink so much coffee before my spleen explodes. And I have a Pop Warner board meeting tonight, which does not start til 8:30. Hopefully the folks that like to listen to their own voices will keep it short and sweet. At least the meeting is at starbucks.
man card violation. geez.

I am just adding on to your joke. s'OK?

Winter - your avatar is giving me nightmares.
Any one but the weird face thing going on now. The pic of you was great, supergirl was fine, the Sens pic was OK too.
Wow - I seamed to have pissed off Winter and Maples in a 15 minute period. Oops. Gotta go now.
For torque, Winter, ManAlive, MaritimeClare, and all of my Canadian friends:
