Morning all -

boB - hope the Internet Nazis give you a repreive. As far as time for baby prep classes, I think the most important parenting skill to learn is how to juggle priorities and time. Although they have sold more records than any other Australian group (they passed the BeeGees a few years ago. Yes I need to get a life.)

prae Some good advice already. Maybe you can go to the race course and walk it before hand. Do not run it. This will alleviate some of your nerves because you will have one less unknown on race day, plus you will know that you can cover the distance walking, so running is the same thing, just faster. 10K running this morning. Much better weather conditions. Legs are tired - I have run every day this week - 3, 8.5, 5.5, 6.2 miles. Taking tomorrow off, but with my LR on Saturday, should end up with a 35 mile week.
