TGI. . .Carp: Thurs. Aug. 9, 2007

Hey everyone.<br><br>
Have a 6 miler planned for tonight. Hopefully I'll get to do it outside although I just checked the weather and they're calling for rain this afternoon and tonight. So I may be on the treadmill instead.<br><br>
DD1 lost her first tooth last night. That was exciting. She was cute with the whole thing. Put it under her pillow and the tooth fairy paid her a visit last night. She hasn't woken up yet to see what was left for her.<br><br>
In other exciting news a friend gave us tickets to the "Wiggles" in concert this Saturday. They're like the Beatles of kids groups. They don't come on tour very often so getting the tickets isn't easy, but to get them for free is pretty cool. I think DW is going to take DD2 & DD3. DD1 is getting too old for them so she'll hang with me and we'll do something else.<br><br>

<b>Re: toothfairy visit</b> - I gave her $5. My thinking was exactly like yours <b>Pacer</b>. $5 for the fist one and then $1 for the rest. She was shocked when she woke up to see the five spot. She couldn't believe the tooth fairy had left her so much so I explained it was probably because it was her very first tooth and it was so special. She was thrilled and put it straight into her piggy bank.
