Dear centralized reservations folks,<br>
If you're going to have a headset mic, please be sure it's pointed at your mouth and you're speaking clearly. I'd like to have a conversation without having to ask you to repeat yourself every 2nd sentence. You were quite polite and patient, but certainly you were as frustrated as I was?<br><br>
Love in tri-ing to get reservations for the first tri.....<br><br>
