Here is a recipe i made up last night <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br><br>
Tempeh Stroganoff<br>
---------------------------<br><br>
1 med yellow onion, sliced<br>
2 cups of mushrooms, sliced<br>
1 package tempeh, cut into 1/2 inch cubes<br>
1-2 tbs whole wheat flour<br>
soy sauce/ shoyu to taste<br>
noodles, cooked<br><br>
In pan, saute the onion in 1tsp of oil until soft<br>
add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes<br>
add 1-2 tbs of shoyu<br>
cook until mushrooms are soft<br>
in a seperate pan, pan fry the tempeh cubes, then add a splash of shoyu<br>
add tempeh to onion and mushroom mixture<br>
add 1-2 tbs of flour to thicken sauce.<br><br><br>
serve over noodles.

OH! i forgot to add that you should STEAM the tempeh prior to using it in a dish. It will taste much better. Soy Boy brand is not good, imo, so avoid that brand if you can.
