You report your points in the daily threads. It's easier than it sounds. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile"> You'll see tomorrow.

I just realized this is where I belong.<br><br>
Additionally I'm nearly a total noob with VRAA so I guess I have to go read and reread the rules, conditions, point system etc. Any help you have would be appreciated.<br><br>
From which day do we start? Like does this morning's run go on a scoreboard or something?

Most excellent teammates, I'm here for you. I'll work my ass off for you. I'll clean up the floor with all the points I plan to rack up for you.<br><br>
We need every point we can get. Don't be bashful if you log a 2 mile run, or an hour of yoga, or a stroll around the 'hood. I have to admit that I'm getting a slow start this round. Working a race on Fri-Sat-Sun (up all night but points unlikely), but I'll get a long run done, somehow.<br><br>

I'll have a whopper-of-a-schedule for a few weeks, then slow down a bit, then get back up in mileage. Running mileage, that is. I plan to log three swim workouts a week, as well as "alternate workouts". We shall see what else I can squeeze in there.<br><br>
roots, are you a race volunteer? What race?

Hi teammates! I just saw this today ... wasn't online yesterday at all. Go team! I may not have the running mileage as some of you, def not 17 miles like Mortimer, but my cross training will help out for sure!
