<p>Hello team! I'm here and this round is perfect timing for me. I have a half marathon on Sunday (my first!) and a 5k the following weekend. And I'm the type that doesn't like to race, ha.... I'm also on a team for the Ragnar Relay New York that's May 13-14, so as long as I stay uninjured (knock wood!), I should be pretty good for bringing in the running points.</p>

<p>And speaking of points, I went to a 90 minute yoga class this morning (taper, ya know) and the scoring site still says there's a 12 point cap on alt workouts. Is there a work-around in progress for that, or what?</p>

<p>I think I know most of you, by name only though. Amichel, I don't know much about you, other than to thank you for volunteering to be our captain.
