Good morning gentlemen. Been spending most of the morning stretching and trying to realign the muscle fibers of my right leg; my psoas is psasming again, and the hamstring and piriformis are claiming their fair share of the attention as well <sigh>. It's an intermittent process, but when all's said and done, I'm sure I will have accrued 60 minutes' worth of stretching, so I'll log that later on. Still planning on running 3-4 easy miles today, but I'm not going to push it just for the benefit of the game. I'll go out when I'm good and ready.

Oh, and I'm not the only girl on this team, am I? Not that it matters, just curious, is all...

I'm a girl too! You are not the only one on this team.

I'm planning on 4 miles on the treadmill after work tonight, followed by lots of stretching and perhaps some weights. My legs are pretty sore from all the squats and lunges I did on Wednesday night with my trainer, so weights might have to wait until tomorrow. I'm hopeful that the yucky inversion we're having here (super crappy air quality, and really cold temps) will be blown out by the storm we're supposed to get on Sunday, and that I'll be able to run outside at least once or twice this weekend.
