Gonna try to score points every day, even if it is just 1 or 2.

So far, so good.

Cheers,
Billy
I've pushed the last 3 days, but I'm going to have to give my middle aged legs a break here. I'm running a race Sunday and I'm going to take it easy Friday and Saturday. 15 more miles from me this week.
Tomorrow is my rest day - I have run every day this week and have been doing some Pilates\core work as well. On pace for a 35 mile week (assuming I get my 12 mile long run done on Saturday), which is what I had estimated when I signed up.

Lets pile on the points!!
Yea, yea, yea!!! Me, too. I like that idea and it's totally doable.

Thanks for all the motivation / kicks in the arse. I got home from my meeting Tues well after 11pm and missed my run but I did run last night (a scheduled rest day). More running today as well as cycling.

Hey, I do 5 mintues of core stuff everynight before bed and I've never counted that. Reckon I should?
Definitely. The race for (staying out of) last place is pretty close. Every point will help. Besides, the hard part of exercise is getting it done, right? As long as you've done it, you may as well get credit.

Cheers,
Let me also point out that if you have 20 minutes free in the middle of something, go walk a mile.

I'm in all-day seminars in the city and tied up from 7:30-5. But they give us an hour for lunch and I've used it all to walk.

Even with a 15 min chunk of time, you can get 3 points worth.
SORRY!!!!!!!! I've had a silly sinus infection!

I do have a tri tomorrow, but I opted to relay it last minute b/c of bum foot.

So, you'll get some points from me.

Next sat I have to do a 6 HOUR bikeride....
OK, my cut-back week is over, so I can hopefully start putting I the points I signed up for. My plan called for 200 pts this week, but the frackin' University closed the pool for the first half of the week. I'll try to get as close to 200 as I can without the swims.
We are moving up the leaderboard kids - keep it up!!
I got 31 point last night. That might be my highest day so far.
Rest day today but will try to go cycling.
Hopefully my ride from today will help pull us up! 139.5 points baybee!
Nice!

We're leaving a week earlier than anticipated for the vacation. I owe you guys 110 points. I'll get what I signed on for and figure out a way to get it posted.
10.3 on the tmill - 1st time ever going that far!!! Feel pretty good. Might have been able to go further but schedule called for 10.
Yuck-on the treadmill? I think you should get DOUBLE points for that!
Wouldn't that be nice.
Did you see the new standings? WOWWWWWEEEEEEEE!
Hell's yeah!! Big conga-rats to you, Hippo and toe jam.

I had a 0 weekend (did get my 12 M LR on Friday, however, and on pace for a PR month, milagewise)
Mercy!

Great job, team!
