Hey, a familiar face!!!!<br><br>
I'm adding cycling to the mix beginning next week so that should help w/ your scheduled step-back (well, at least it will help a little bit <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/toothy6.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="toothy6">).

I grew up in SE michigan and currently live in central NY. Started running 12-05. Adding cycling to the mix and some trail running.

Yea, yea, yea!!! Me, too. I like that idea and it's totally doable.<br><br>
Thanks for all the motivation / kicks in the arse. I got home from my meeting Tues well after 11pm and missed my run but I did run last night (a scheduled rest day). More running today as well as cycling.<br><br>
Hey, I do 5 mintues of core stuff everynight before bed and I've never counted that. Reckon I should?
