I'm adding cycling to the mix beginning next week so that should help w/ your scheduled step-back (well, at least it will help a little bit <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/toothy6.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="toothy6">).
For the new peeps, we usually make up our own team names as we go along. One day I'll post points for team Tithers...then next might be for team Ta Ta's...and the next for team Tiddleywinks.<br><br>
As for me, I'm still with dad and family, so don't expect Titheriffic points until next week.

Me - Posted Friday points. May or may not do anything Saturday, but most likely 60 min on the bike. Sunday is planned for 16 miles.<br><br>
I am Tim, and I live in the Litchfield Hills section of Northwest CT, hence the handle. Coming off of a bad back that had me all cranky in July, but much better now. Got a 10 mile race in mid Sept I am working towards.
