Welccome to Day 1 of VRAA #7.<br><br>
I ask that all of you input your data into the data base at <a href="http://vraa.mootness.net/" target="_blank">http://vraa.mootness.net/</a>. If you are unable to do so, please let Zack and i know so we can keep input your data. Please remember to post you workouts in the daily workout thread. If you miss a few days because you are on vacation or out of town. When you return please still post you workouts in the appropriate thread. At the same time PM myself and Zack so one of us can make sure you points are updated properly in the database. We just want to make sure everyone is inputing points accurately and not making the most of your workouts.<br><br>
I am really looking forward to this round. This first week for me is a taper week for my tri next Saturday so it will be a slow week and the following week I will be in Nashville for business.<br><br>
Lets get out there and pound the pavement and post our points.<br><br><span style="font-size:large;"><b>Go rUnbeatables!</b></span>

Morning team. Just finished a 10 miler and will get some more this evening befroe I log my points.

Outstanding ksrunr. Keep up the great work. I put in 5 and if the weather holds off I am going cycling. Not looking good though for today or tomorrow for cycling.

Oh, captains!! Couple participants on the daily thread counted "theme" points. Should we or are you taking care of that or are they mistaken? That would be quite a few points we would have to make up.

We should count theme points as well. I'm still at school now.. its only 5 points per team per weekend (as far as I know) I'll recheck the email about it when I get home tonight after the run... but yea, every point counts!!

Theme points for this weekend (Fri - Sun) are for alternate workouts. If you do any alternate workout for at least 1 point, you get 5 bonus points. That is for each person, not just the team. So get out there and do it. When you enter the points, don't forget to add the bonus points.<br><br>
I just put in 10.25 miles on the bike and 10 minutes of alternate workouts. Gives me an addition 22 points.

Dave - thanks so much for clearing up the theme point confusion.. Is it that each person can only score theme points once per weekend? i.e 3 days of alternate workouts = 5 bonus points, not 15? maybe that's how I got confused. I'll PM Billy so he knows we've chosen a team name. 100 points in the bank!<br><br>
I posted in that volunteer thread.. I'm sure there are more interesting rUnbeatables but if no one wants to do it, then what the hell?<br><br>
Great job so far guys. I'm heading out the door for my contribution. 11 miler easy and then some abs tonight. Should get like 50 points. Then dinner at Red Robin!!!

Zack I have already PM Billy and let him know. I do believe the theme points is only once per weekend.

I did 1 hour of weights this morning. I'm still recovering from the knee injury, so I won't be putting up huge numbers...but every bit helps, right?

RIGHT!! I'd consider that an alternative workout. Pick up your 5 bonus points for the theme weekend. Catpains, Yes?

Yep, pick up them extra 5 points, mrscoby78. I added them in the database.<br><br>
You only get the bonus points once per weekend.

picked up another 6.25 miles. Done for the day with 65 points. Hopefully will run at least 12 tomorrow early and get those bonus points as well.
