Looking good, 'e'.

Hope to slowly increase my mileage as injury allows. It's tough to be patient, but we must do these things. And there's always x-training.

Go Team Lewd!

Hey Sans Souci! You're getting some great numbers even with the injury! You're my hero! (I'm terrible at cross training when injured - I just eat ice cream and .) Here's to hoping you are injury-free soon!

I'm in love with the rowing machine. Best overall workout around. And keeps me sane while rehabbing.

Looks great. I have been out of the net most of the day yesterday and haven't been able to read the posts. I just arrived in VA a few hours ago and settle in the hotel. Will go through and read the posts.

Nothing for me. Sundays are normally my rest days. As i said i am in VA so swimming and biking is out for the week. Unless I make it to the gym to ride.

keep up the great work all.

there are a few i haven't seen from yet though come on folks, a little sumptin everyday, even if you just do some stretching. i mean it's a weak spot for me so i have to focus on it.

while i don't want you to make up things to do, try to do a little sumptin sumptin to help add to the numbers, it's not fair for the superstars we have.

ok, now that the mandatories are done. i hope everyone is having fun and being safe too.

Team L

I must say that I stretch after every workout, but morally I cannot put points up for that. If you really want me to for the team I will, but I struggle with considering that point worthy. Just my opinion, I suppose if everyone else does I will.

Great job this weekend everyone!
Sans Souci => I remember using the rower machine in highschool when I was briefly on the crew team. I love that machine too. I don't think I've seen one since.

I have to admit to feeling a little funny about including points for that too, originally. But once I saw other people putting the points in for it, and realizing that getting points would motivate me to stretch more, I decided to include points too. I've come to realize that stretching is time taken to ensure a healthy run-ready body and it is something I'm bad at doing consistently. So if the purpose of the VRAA is to motivate us to be fitness-healthy, this is probably something that merits point-scoring. That's my take on it anyway.

(Yesterday I actually did a full stretching effort for the first time in a long time + I did crunches, which I never do. Ithe VRAA!)

i put it in mainly because i don;t normally do it. if you don't feel comfy doing it i wont push you to it.

since the purpose of the VRAA is to motivate and improve overall fitness i feel justified.
