HEY HEY TEAM J!!!!!<br>
I hope everyone had a great weekend and the ones who were not feeling that well get back to their health.<br>
I feel like crap today, just wimmin's stuff, but I will try to score some points.<br>
I am anxious to see how our weekend performance was overall and I am confident everybody did a fantastic job.<br><img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif">

Good morning Team J <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> Hope to hear the peeps that either aren't feeling to well or have some nagging pain feel better ASAP!! Like Ty said I as well am feeling confidant everyone did a fantastic job!<br><br>

Good morning Team J! Today will be light for me since it's my day off from running. But I got 45 minutes in on the bike trainer (only planned for 30 min, but got caught up in watching American Gladiators <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> ). I will try to get a short walk in tonight, along with some weights.<br><br>

My points will be light today too. Usually Monday is a rest day - meaning I do nothing... but since we're in game mode, I'll try to do some walking on the TM tonight, or a quick spin on the bike to get a couple of points.

Weather is nice here today, so I walked to work. Got some swimming done and light upper body...<br><br>
Hey rocken, what's on schedule for today? do you ever rest?<br><br>
Laura, I like your definition of "light" <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> and BTW, when I see Rocken's avatar, I just want to dig a whole and stick my head in like an ostridge. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> it keeps me from slacking too often.

Rest?????? To tell the truth I usually have to be forced too, though I do what I can to listen to my body so that I am not overdoing it *knock on wood*<br><br>
Guess I should change my avatar. I don't like making others feel like sticking their head in a hole!

Good morning everyone. I have 5 miles scheduled for today and I can count the time spent shoveling snow on Saturday. That is good as we have had quite a bit of snow this Winter. Whenever Mother Nature decides to give us snow I will be adding that as an alternate workout. Keep up the great work everyone.

Hey everyone!<br><br>
I lost my DSL on Sunday along with my phone. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"> We've got 2 techs coming over today to fix it. Otherwise, I'd already have the dashboard filled in.<br><br>
Preliminarily, I've reported 1282 points for us this weekend. If that ain't a strong weekend, I don't know what is. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
I may have over-reported Kevin's snow shovelling. So Kevin, let me know which days I should put down. Based on your earlier posts, I put it down for Friday and Sunday. If it should have been Sat only, that's easy enough to fix.

Today is officially a rest day but I will do an ab workout here at home to get us some points, (<span style="color:#808080;">and so that I can have abs like <b>rockenmama</b>'s one day!</span>)

Billy-- I had just done some on Saturday. I had 15 minutes of that.<br><br>
Thanks for the point update. I think it has motivated me to do well with my running this week and it is forecasted for more snow. Way to go everyone.<img alt="headbang.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/headbang.gif">

Well I got in a nice 8 mile run this morning and since it's so freaken beautiful I will be taking my Golden Retriever out for a nice LONG walk! Also will get some stretching and core work so should be a good day for me. Hope everyone is able to get what they have planned in whether it be a run, a walk, crosstraining or a rest day (those are extremely important)

Good morning! Today I did 40 mins of elliptical (with the arms attachment too) and 20 mins stretching & cool-down. Tomorrow I'll do some more running.<br><br>
I'm pleased that we're doing so well as a team! Way to go, Team J!<br><br>
I'll be going away to Philly for a conference from this Fri- next Tues so my points will probably be lighter for that time period. But I'll be sure to get as many XT points as possible by using the hotel's gym.<br><br>
Rockenmama, my goal is to have abs like yours! Maybe in my next life....<br><br>

I am Having Fun. I am really enjoying the <i>esprit de corps</i> that all of you are putting forth. I'm really glad to be able to make whatever contribution I can to such a great group.<br><br>
