Errrrrr...someone here told me to apply...I did and got in.

That said...(and no-I'm NOT putting myself down)...

Do they let everyone in?

I hear their tops end up like a belly shirt

Who was on the team? Worth it?

DOUG--thanks sounds like a nice way to get a cheap race outfit?
Hmmm... interesting.

I may follow up with them. I listed several tris (all short) and lots of running races on my app.

It does seem like a great way to get some good, cheap tri apparel!
Uh... I was looking more closely at their sizing charts... the XL for women's tops are cups size 38B-40A. What does that mean for someone a teeny bit bigger than that??? Will I even be able to wear this stuff?

It sucks to be fat.
I'm an hourglass...I'm all hips and bust. I think I'll be ok...
WY--are you kidding? a size A cup???----what about someone who has big girls??? I wont even be able to zip the thing up---Now THAT would be a pic to send them for their achieves! LOL
hahahahaha! I can just see me busting out of their tops!

Did you guys decide to do the one piece or the two piece?

I have kind of a long torso, and short legs so I'll probably do two pieces... If they take me, that is!
if I get accepted--and I apply (I am worried that the silly thing wont even fit--and than that is a waste of $25)---I am getting the 2 piece. I am NO skinny mini--and the outfit will most likely look horrible on--but on the OFF chance that it looks good, and to say I belong to a tri team, I might risk the $2500but it will def be the 2 piecer...
I'm not as worried about the shorts. But the top, eek!
I just emailed them and asked what to do if the uniform doesnt fit or if you are bigger than a B cup?
Other than to get to spend money on a uniform that doesn't fit... And that you might not wear anyway if you already race in your local club's uniform... What are the benefits of joining Team Javelin?
I dont have a local tri team--or cant seem to find one -----and I want to be a cool tri girl and belong somewhere---
Hey!!! You're part of team LIT!!!! Have some bananas!
aaww shucks--thanks
Was it you who told me of the team? TY!

I woulda applied for team Tri_coach06, but someone named CS doesn't have team uniforms! Just sayin'
I personally LOVE the fit and feel of Sugoi uniforms and would apply without thought if I didn't already more Tri-tops and bottoms than I can wear. The top is my ultimate favorite. And for $25, that's a great deal even if there is no other benefit.
for 25 dollars, which includes shipping, how much do you have to lose? I mean moneywise.

And hey if you accidently lose weight you have a great uniform. And the stuff does stretch.
I wonder what Mikey prefers...a buttload of Louis garnot, Verge or Sugoi or Zoot?

I'll let you know when the uniform comes. I'm supposed to get a separate email w/ an invoice or something...hasn't come yet.
If I lose weight, it won't be an accident!!

There is a local tri team here in Boulder, all females, which I've considered joining. I should look into that, too.

I reapplied with TJ, but who knows.
