<i>I posted this on the other thread, but realized we probably wanted a new thread for this week:</i><br><br>
Good morning everyone! I just checked the scoring thread, and while we've dropped down places, I think our tally isn't up to date. I did notice in this thread <a href="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum//showthread.php?t=19275" target="_blank">http://www.kickrunners.com/forum//sh...ad.php?t=19275</a> that we can enter our own points on a separate website and make things easier for Billy.<br><br>
Yesterday was a pretty monster points day - I think we may have beaten our SherpaJ tally!<br><br>
Have a great week <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

Hi Laura -<br><br>
I added my points from Friday and Sunday to the appropriate threads. My Friday was short circuited by work (like a lot of others it seams), so no run, but I did put in core work at home. Put in 7 miles plus some ice skating yesterday. Wish I could have put in my time watching the Giants as an alternative aerobic workout, because my heart was pounding, but that might be stretching things.

Good morning!<br>
Billy mentioned in the other thread that reporting may be behind for the weekend. It was his wife's birthday--the man's got his priorities straight <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">.<br><br>
It's weight training at lunch for me today. I had thought about getting the kiddos up early this morning and in to day care so I could go in for a run on the TM but I nixed that plan and slept in. DS is a real pain to get up early--he enjoys his sleep just like his mom. After checking in here this morning I kind of wish I had run instead. Not because of our points because I think they're fine, I just see a need to kick things up a notch for myself--let's just say I'm feeling challenged to do that right now. Unfortunately I have a LOT of stuff I have to do this evening after work but the week is still very young so we'll see how I can work this out. I hope everyone has a great week!

<b>Billy</b>, do you want us to use the other (new) website to enter our own points to make things easier? I entered mine there from the weekend (I'm a sucker for checking out new things) and it's very simple and easy. My only complaint is that we can't enter the type of workout.<br><br>
Welcome to a new week gang. Today is my rest day from running but I'm going to do some exercising here at home to get some points.<br><br>
Whoever hasn't read <b>Nettie</b>'s write-up about us in the Standings & Leaderboard thread, go do it. It's hilarious!

Good morning everyone!!<br>
.<br>
I added my weekend points too (I'll continue if that makes it easier on you billy). I love to check different types of logs.<br><br><b>Nettie</b> is hilarious, however looks like peeps found my weakness out and I'm going to have to keep Kallie at home lol. Probably a good thing since Marathon training is starting.

Hello everyone and welcome to a new week. I had planned to have a lower mileage week this week, but decided to keep the miles going. I am just in base building right now until the end of February and then the serious race training will begin. I don't think all of our points have been counted either. I think we can expect a big point increase once billy finalizes everything. Have a great day everyone.

Good morning everyone! I want to give you a quick update.<br><br>
I haven't submitted a scoring update since Friday night. I wouldn't be surprised if we were behind on points for that reason. I'll look through the weekend threads tonight and do some updating.<br><br>
Please do take a look at the new scoring database tool that Hairy Trotter has thoughtfully provided for us. It's a good tool and it should be supported. I think it is important that we continue to post in the daily thread. Really, the daily thread is the game, along with talking with your teammates and, oh yeah, doing your workouts. I think the database is easy to use and shouldn't pose you any problems. However, <span style="text-decoration:underline;">if you don't want to use it</span>, just let me know and I will happily enter your points for you as I have been.<br><br>
In Da Roolz, I said team members, including me, should communicate ("Talk To Us"<img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif">. Well, I don't want to, but I will. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"> I had a disaster of a race on Sunday, DNF at mile 2 (!), and I really aggravated my IT band. This may be ballgame for me for this round. At the very least, I'm going to take complete rest for this week. I can walk with a stiff leg limp. Bending the knee can be an exercise in pain.<br><br>
I'm still angry and disappointed in myself. I take some solace in the fact that I only entered the race to help a friend. Despite my being unable to continue with her, she was able to run a great race, missing her goal time by less than 2 minutes and getting a negative split on her very first half marathon!<br><br>
OK, that was a lot higher word count than I planned to use. Gotta go. More later.

Billy-- for now I will just post my score on the daily thread. For some reason I get an error message on my computer when I try to log into the new scoring site. This kicks me off the internet and then I have to start up again. I hope to remedy this problem. Sorry to hear about the race. We can probably pick up the slack a little this week. Keep resting and healing and motivating.

I checked out the scoring site - I think it's a great idea. In fact I've updated it with all my points so far, but, I'll still add them to the daily post.<br><br><b><span style="color:#FF0000;"><span style="font-size:medium;">LET'S GO TEAM JJJJJ<img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"><img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"><img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"><img alt="banana.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/banana.gif"></span></span></b>

Billy - Bummer about the race - at least you gave it a shot. Time to get healthy.<br><br>
I added/update my points through Jan 13th. Today, will be a light day due to sore legs/knees.

Hey guys... As usual I am MIA over the weekend, but back. Haven't checked out the new database, but I will do that next. I logged by points from Sunday and today in the daily thread, but I will try to use the database from now on. Sunday was 24 pnts running & today was 6 from a core workout at gym.<br><br>
Billy,<br>
Sorry about the DNF and I am not sure which is more painful, the injury or just the fact of not being able to run. I will try to score a little extra this week. It will do me some good to push it a little harder. Don't worry, I am too much of a whimp to get injury.<br><br>
Let me just say GO TEAM J !!! See you Tuesd.
