Hey yall. Hey there fellow team F'ers. That doesn't sound right.<br><br>
VRAA newbie here. I know Johnny, virtually. I remember reading posts from sdp on CR. I look forward to getting to know you all better.<br><br>
I expect to put in 50-60 mpw, plus 10-15 points of XT per week. There, now that it's in print I'm more likely to do it. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Smile">

For the VRAA newbies, it's best to take the first month slow and then really ramp it up!!<br><br>
Keep it simple, some brisk walking but not to far and throw in some stationary bike for a few minutes here and there for the first two weeks.<br><br>
Also remember, the more you eat, the more points you get!!<br><br>
