Hey guys, to keep any one thread from getting super long we're going to start a new thread for each week of the competition this way we can post up our goals for the week and help encourage each other.<br><br>
Remember alternative workouts are the bonus category for this weekend so get something in for that and claim those bonus points when you're tallying up your totals. If you're having trouble using the scoring system let Tamster or I know and we'll make sure your points get in.<br><br>
As for my week, I'm heading out of town tonight (uhh...barring this nor'easter changing my plans) so I'll try to get some yoga in the hotel room. I have a 3 mile and a 6 mile run planned for over the weekend as well. Unfortunately I won't have internet access again until late Monday night most likely, so my points will get posted up as I can.<br><br>
Let's get a strong start on the race, try and get at least a point a day and keep each other encouraged. This round ends when the first three teams reach NYC so getting points early on is extra important!
