I used to not chafe either and all of sudden, I was chafing my underbooby, followed later on by my inner thighs, then my lower back, then the area of my back that my sports bra, then my waist and uh, I think those are the only places thus far.

I have pain when I press on my inside calf (where the calf and boney part meet), so I will be getting in fewer miles than normal this week also. I will be doing a race though, so Xtra pts hooray!

I have a 2 mile walk and 50 minutes of weight training coming up tonight, followed by a 10 miler tomorrow, and a 5 or 6 miler the next day. I've been thinking about upping my weekday mileage anyway, so this gives me some extra incentive.<br><br>

Yeah, we have definitely picked it up. I had to resort to the treadmill and could not possibly stay on it any longer, so about a mile less today than planned. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif">

Um, so I think somehow I sprained my ankle. While I was walking yesterday, it just suddenly started hurting and today it was okay at first, but a quarter mile into my run, it just became to uncomfortable. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"> I can't believe this.

Sigh, yeah, I won't be running. I have no insurance, so getting it checked isn't really an option. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"><br><br>

Today, I haven't had any discomfort at all yet, but I haven't tried walking very "far" yet, so we'll see.

Yeah, thanks for keeping up alive team! My ankle has stopped feeling funky and I will be run/walking a race with a girl that just started running and a girl with a broken toe on Saturday (so I get the bonus points).
