i was thinking the same thing. I didn't realize that in the last VRAA they called themselves the bananas. I just noticed a few people saying Go Banana. That would be fine with me.

Woohoo! Go team B. I will try and hold up my end of this deal (maybe this will even encourage me to start doing more...which certainly wouldnt be a bad thing).

So I've been hiding in shame, I seemed to have contracted lazyass disease. Hopefully I'm over it now.

hey everyone! I think we are holding up well in this competition. I am going to have a few easy weeks, but capping off this VRAA contest with a 50 miler at the end of the month

yay meri! I can't wait to read the race report. I love those!

Btw, a work friend who was a casual runner read a book written by Stu Mittleton, and was so inspired he called him, they became good friends, and he trained him to run a marathon in 4 weeks! Now my friend is trying to pick a 50K. And I called an ART practitioner to rehab my ITBS finally in the hopes that one day I can do one, too. You ultra folk are inspiring!

Well, that was my biggest non training week ever for running miles. Weight loss and VRAA are providing some good motivation!

The problem is the next two weeks are going to be really marginal weeks for me. I'll be lucky to get in 3 days each week. Good luck guys, I'll be rooting for you and logging everything I can!
