hey guys, i ran a local 5k tonight and smashed my prev PR by more than 2 mins! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/hello2.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="hello1"> but the reallllly cool thing is that the second place winner was a lady.. she came in ~ 17 mins! how awesome is that??

Well I am officially on vacation and I have no plans at all but to get in a lot of running.
