Yay team A!

I'm committing to working out at least 140 points per week (avg 20/day) for this VRAA - which is a bit more than I would normally... And posting it here so I can be held accountable!

I'm pretty sure that your sluggishness will still earn more points than my workout goals...

Will we be getting Vodka, Gin, Beer and Pizza reports as well?

YEAHHHH The A Team!! Time to get some LONG workouts in!! I might even take up core exercises, however someone will need to teach me what exactly those are, hahahahaha. I am kidding I know what they are, I just don't do them. But for the sake of the team.....

I just ran eight consecutive days after taking three days off after Boston. So Saturday will be a day off for me but I'm planning 20 for Sunday then about 180 - 200 miles from April 30 to May 27 with a marathon on the 27th.

Oops! I hit the wrong icon button. I'm happy, really I am!
