I do about what meri does to make fries, or I just microwave/steam the taters and eat them like baked white potatoes.<br><br>
If I do the baked potato version, I season them in a really weird way -- I mix in some roasted red pepper hummus. It tastes good to me, but again, it's weird. I've also mixed in Splenda, Smart Balance "buttery spread," and cinnamon (and NOT the hummus) for a sweeter variation.
