I take a lot of vitamins and minerals in the morning, but after I run I need something to replenish those key minerals and vitamins. I also do a lot of weight training so I do not want to lose that muscle mass, just tone it. I saw a lot of supplements out on the Internet when doing a google search, but was wondering what the best ones out there are.<br><br>
Can anyone recommend a good runners supplement to be taken post run?

Chocolate milk works for me, too! (Actually, chocolate Lactaid.) Race week, I used Endurox after every workout. My husband swears by it. (He's a 3-time Ironman, personal trainer, and triathlon and cycling coach. another vote. I'm using Endurox R4 in the Fruit Punch flavor. Love it! And it's a good thing since I purchased a 3 lb container of it. It's cheaper that way.<br><br>
I may try the chocolate next time. I'm a chocolate fan too, but since I already get the Isopure Protein in the chocolate shake I picked fruit punch for some variety.
