Today will be a day of gluteny sp?<br><br>
5 mile run with a good friend<br><br>
bloody mary's some good dark ale's a few cuban cigars to follow.<br><br>
than heading to the parents house with my wife to enjoy the hot tub and a few more adult beverages of choice and watch superbowl.<br><br>

Tried to do some hill intervals in the late morning (total distance about 3.5 miles) to build some speed. I guess I have my work cut out for me in that department these days.

RichardC - Why glutony for Super Bowl?<br><br>
I actually gave my body a treat. I went to bed at half time. Although we did grill steaks / mashed potatoes / salad / peas. No booze for me.<br><br>
I had a nice Ultra training weekend and I was tired<br><br>
Sat = 20 am / 16 afternoon = 36<br>
Sun = 24<br><br>
If I can keep doing 1 big weekend a month - I think I will pull the trigger on the FANS 24 in June.

It is my last Sunday off from work for quite some time so I really wanted to enjoy it! <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br><br>
Nice work on you Ultra weekend. You will do just fine at FANS
